A development of twenty high-end apartments with penthouse in a new build scheme in Hampstead.
The building, by Rolfe Judd Architecture, is a high-specification new build scheme in tune with the Victorian style prevalent in the neighbourhood. By contrast the interior designs are clean and contemporary. Soft grey lacquered finishes to joinery and fitted furniture distinguish bedrooms and living areas, while details such as niche seating areas and wardrobe interiors are picked out in dark timber.
Bathrooms are finished in porcelain tile and natural stone, with built-in Bette baths and Gessi brassware. Bespoke cabinet joinery and sliding mirror details are enhanced by subtle and carefully-designed LED lighting installations throughout. In the kitchens, the sleek look has been maintained by specifying grey and white units and worktops.
Flooring throughout the apartments is in a neutral mid-tone herringbone parquet. Interior doors are dark and contemporary with satin finish stainless steel ironmongery. Coffered ceiling details with recessed lighting in the living rooms create an impression of additional height. The reception area has been designed to complement the internal finishes in the apartments, using porcelain floor tiles, recessed lighting and metal finish to the reception desk.
