The building combines offices, restaurants, the BAFTA headquarters and a historic retail arcade that connects Piccadilly to Jermyn Street. Office accommodation is accessed from Jermyn Street and comprises a series of individual office suites offices arranged around an open atrium. The remodelling of the reception space created a larger and wider entrance to provide increased street presence with a front door framed by elegant metal gates. Internally, contemporary decorative finishes were selected; a brass mesh feature wall with marble flooring creates a sense of arrival commensurate with the historic building. Common areas were revitalised throughout to a high specification.A new permanent ceramic artwork, Magnificent Whitey, by Jesse Wine is sited on the atrium wall, spanning five storeys. The multifaceted and textured piece was crafted by hand.
