Dorota is a proactive team leader and has a significant role in delivering designs for projects in both the UK and Poland. Her knowledge and experience ranges from concept designs to delivery stages on residential, commercial and mixed use schemes. She has an effective and creative approach to resolving complex design issues, which enables her to add real value to projects, particularly when facing demanding site and time constraints. She explores the functional aspect of the architecture and is interested in how it influences our day-to-day lives.

In the UK, Dorota has worked on major residential schemes such as Harbour Central on the Isle of Dogs and Saffron Square in Croydon and is currently working on Residential and Office Scheme in London. In Poland her experience includes the office development Graft in Warsaw and Przy Morzu Apartamenty, a contemporary scheme next to a beach resort.

Dorota studied at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, Poland graduating with a Diploma, Master of Science in Architecture in 2003. She is a member of the Polish Chamber of Architects. Prior to joining Rolfe Judd in 2006, Dorota worked as a freelance architect in co-operation with Polish and German based architectural practices. She was also involved in providing number of municipal social housing projects. Dorota was promoted to Associate in 2013 and to Associate Director in 2024.
