Rolfe Judd is seeking to recruit an exceptional Planner / Graduate Planner, to join our London office to work on our portfolio of exciting projects in the UK.
You will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and dynamic team while contributing to the successful delivery of a variety of a different range of schemes.
the role and skills required:
- You will be providing technical support to senior members of the planning team, carrying out site appraisals, and liaising as appropriate with clients and local authorities.
- Excellent research, analytical, and report-writing skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding and interest in planning law, recent planning policy changes and design.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Capable of undertaking tasks associated with minor planning applications and written appeals.
- Developing skills and experience needed to progress to handling more complex planning applications.
- Ideally working towards RTPI Licentiate or full membership.
