We are delighted to know we have 3 shortlisted projects for the Building London Planning Awards 2022.
Goodluck Hope, shortlisted in the category of Best New Place to Live, will deliver 804 high quality new homes ranging from studios to four-bedroom town houses, spread over 16 buildings ranging from 4 to 30 storeys.
The historic Grade II Listed graving dock, overlooking the River Thames, will be the key public space at the heart of the scheme, surrounded by small offices, studios, shops, restaurants and residents’ facilities at ground floor with apartments looking over from above.

Woodberry Down Phase 2, shortlisted in the category of Best New Place to Live, will deliver 670 new homes, all of them with generous internal space standards and large useable private amenity space, with break-out spaces in the buildings to increase social interaction to help build the community.

72 Broadwick Street is shortlisted in the category of Best Mixed-Use Scheme.
This refurbishment and extension to the existing building consisted of retail along Carnaby Street, offices on the upper floors and 11 residential flats at the top of the building, delivering a truly mixed-use building.

This refurbishment has been designed sensitively to improve the sustainability and quality of the building, and to enhance its physical contribution to the appearance of this part of the Soho Conservation Area, a locality dominated by unsympathetic and overbearing modern developments.
