Rolfe Judd Planning Shortlisted for Planning Awards

MARCH 2017

We are delighted to be shortlisted for The Planning Awards 2017, with nominations in four categories for two of our projects as well as a shortlisting for Planning Consultancy of the Year.

We are passionate about creating successful places and buildings for our clients and view the shortlisting for Planning Consultancy of the Year as a real honour. Our team are working closely with a number of innovative and exciting developers and organisations on a range of projects across the capital and beyond. We are committed to steering these projects through what is an increasingly complex planning process.

As well as the Planning Consultancy of the Year shortlisting, our projects Woodberry Down and Skyline are shortlisted. Woodberry Down by developer Berkeley Homes, is one of London’s largest regeneration projects which when complete will provide 5,500 new homes. The scheme is shortlisted in three categories: Award for Planning for Housing Growth; Award for Best Housing Scheme (500 Homes or More) and Award for Regeneration.

Skyline was designed by Rolfe Judd Architecture and is part of the Woodberry Down development, it has been shortlisted for Best Housing Scheme (Fewer Than 500 Homes). The 30 storey tower is a new landmark for the area and alongside a second tower forms a new gateway to the development. The building comprises 135 high quality apartments with stunning views over London.
