Spring Events 2022

The team at Rolfe Judd Planning are glad to be back enjoying several activities and events with clients after the lockdowns’ hiatus and the winter weather.

We enjoyed a fancy evening at Westminster Property Association 2022 Dinner at the Londoner Hotel and it was as fun as we expected.

It was great to be invited by Ballymore to the opening of the Lantern Room at Goodluck Hope. We could enjoy amazing views of the city and development below from the new external walkway!

We had a lovely opportunity to visit both Goodluck Hope and London City Island. Both schemes looking fantastic in the sun especially with the new art exhibition by Rana Begum and The Line at London City Island and the emerging public square at Goodluck Hope.

Hadley was very kind to invite us to the Residential Development Agents Society Boxing – Agents vs Developers social in support of London Youth. It was a great event from all those involved and an amazing show from the boxers.

 72 Broadwick Street is now close to be completed and occupied, so we enjoyed a site visit, guided by John Osborn, the lead planner for this truly mixed-use scheme.

The refurbishment and extension to the existing building consisted of retail along Carnaby Street, offices on the upper floors and 11 residential units that are going to be rented.

Shaftesbury’s Annual Golf Day for Cystic Fibrosis at Brocket Hall was a blast with the nicest weather.
