Thumbs Up for New Bond Street Redevelopment
We have secured planning permission for the redevelopment of 107 New Bond Street and 19 Haunch of Venison Yard as a mixed retail and office development.
Designed by Islington based McDonald Architects for Tribeca Holdings Ltd, the proposal includes three storeys of retail and two storeys of Grade A office space. Located in the heart of Westminster’s designated International Shopping Frontage, the retail space fronts onto New Bond Street with access to the office space from Haunch of Venison Yard.
The scheme won a unanimous vote from the Planning Committee. Chairman, Councillor Richard Beddoe, welcomed both the retention of the historic New Bond Street façade and the contribution of the proposed retail and office uses towards the Central Activities Zone’s core business functions.
Work is expected to start on site in early 2018.
