Barney Ray

Barney is a Senior Planner within the Rolfe Judd Planning team. He has over five years’ worth of experience in the private sector, with involvement in a variety of different projects. His day-to-day role typically includes leading project teams through a smooth and efficient planning process, involving the co-ordination and management of pre-application enquiries, planning applications and appeals.

Barney combines this experience with a strong grasp of planning policy and key issues, to achieve positive outcomes for a wide range of clients on projects that vary in type and scale. He has a proven track record, with an application success rate of >90% and 80% of his appeals won.

Barney became a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute in May 2021.
