Bethany is an Associate at Rolfe Judd Planning with experience working in both the public and private sectors.
Bethany is currently working on a range of medium and large scale redevelopment schemes across London and is used to dealing with both residential and commercial proposals.
Bethany has a range of experience representing clients including at Examination in Public for draft Local Plans. Her experience working within local government has lead to a comprehensive understanding of the internal processes and politics of local planning authorities, helping in negotiations with Planning Officers and advising clients.
She is a key member of the planning team, preparing planning statements and leading on the preparation of planning applications and appeals, including liaising with consultants and Councils. Bethany also has experience representing clients and at Examination in Public for draft Local Plans. Bethany is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
