Femi did his Undergraduate Degree in Human Geography and Planning at the University of Cardiff, and began his planning career in 2022 after completing his Masters Degree in International Planning and Development, which he graduated with a merit at the same university.
He joined Asbri Planning LTD in Swansea in July that year as a Graduate Planner before transferring to their Cardiff office in January 2023.
He moved to London in May 2023 to join Rolfe Judd Planning as a Graduate Planner looking for new challenges and was made Planner in 2024.
