Mike Bottomley

Mike is a senior planner with Rolfe Judd and has over a decade of experience in development planning consultancy roles. He has a wide range of experience delivering mixed-use schemes within London and south-east England, ranging from new settlements to estate regeneration and dense infill development for both private and public sector clients.

This has given Mike an in-depth understanding of the planning system, from initial site appraisals and capacity assessments through to the submission and implementation of complex planning permissions. This has given him an excellent understanding of the co-ordination, consultation and negotiation required to successfully deliver complex and politically contentious schemes. Mike is also an expert in the negotiation of conditions and S106 agreements, as well implementing complex phased schemes.

Mike is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
