Sean has a strong commitment to the town planning profession and its increasing importance in guiding and supporting development to deliver benefits for the wider community. He has over 20 years of planning consultancy experience working on a wide range of development projects from initial feasibility studies on sites through to major applications and appeals.
Sean has been intensively involved assisting Berkeley Homes in developing Woodberry Down as part of the twenty year programme for the regeneration of the Masterplan area, delivering high quality sustainable homes for the whole community, new businesses and exemplary public spaces. He has worked closely with Pocket Living in the delivery of their bespoke affordable homes for first time buyers which has revolutionised the housing market in London. He has worked closely with Notting Hill Housing, Regal Homes and Hollybrook on a range of projects in London.
He is currently engaged on major regeneration schemes in areas such as the Borough, Camberwell, Old Kent Road, and Leyton which will deliver thousands of new homes, a range of new schools and new employment opportunities.
Sean studied at London South Bank University and joined Rolfe Judd Planning in 2001, becoming a Director in 2005. Sean is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
