Siofra Boyd

Siofra is an Associate Director at Rolfe Judd Planning and has nearly a decade of experience in the built environment.

She currently manages a wide variety of projects at Rolfe Judd the majority of which are based in London and the South East. Siofra is responsible for planning matters relating to the delivery of London City Island by developer EcoWorld Ballymore, an important regeneration development within the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. This scheme will deliver 1,706 residential units and will become home to the English National Ballet and London Film School, creating a new cultural hub in east London.

She is involved in the delivery of the All England Lawn Tennis Club’s Master Plan which will guide the long term development of the Club and its facilities. Siofra has also worked with developer Pocket Living on a number of schemes including a part 24 part 27 residential development at Mapleton Crescent in Wandsworth, winner of the New London Architecture Award for Housing 2015.

Following an undergraduate degree in Environmental Planning and Master’s degree in Spatial Regeneration, both at Queen’s University Belfast, she has had roles within both public and private sector planning. Siofra joined Rolfe Judd as a Senior Planner in 2015 before becoming an Associate in 2016, and Associate Director in 2021. She is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
