The development in Miles Street will provide 841 new student bed spaces as well as office, café and community leisure facilities.
The new student bed spaces are offered with new office accommodation of 3,583 sqm and a 201 sqm café introducing active uses. A brand new gym and rooftop MUGA will benefit both the existing and emerging local community.
The scheme is for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of 1-18 Rudolf Place in Miles Street, Vauxhall. A new landmark building of 37 and 6 storeys will complement the townscape and provide links to adjacent development sites.
The scheme benefits the wider surrounding area through the creation of an additional 160 new jobs and the contribution to the local economy which the student population will bring.
