Marsh Wall

We were commissioned by Freshwater Group to assist in the redevelopment of the existing site, currently occupied by a three storey bank and office building, in the centre of the Isle of Dogs.

The proposals are currently subject to a planning application and seek to provide 216 residential units, commercial space and a community use within two adjoined towers of 42 and 16 storeys. It is also proposed to deliver a variety of children spaces including a new external playground as well as a new urban square and new pedestrian route, connecting Marsh Wall to the north and Byng Street to the south.

The planning application was granted permission at LB Tower Hamlets Strategic Applications Committee in January 2017.
