Blyth Road

We secured planning permission for the redevelopment of a former vinyl factory close to Hayes Town Centre for a high density, residential led, mixed-use scheme.

The development, designed by Rolfe Judd Architecture, will deliver 123 new residential apartments alongside flexible business space and new public realm. The scheme adopts an innovative and contemporary design approach which creates an 11 storey ‘marker’ building to identify the southern gateway to Hayes town centre.

Along with the High Point Village development, the Blyth Road scheme will create a vibrant, new, mixed-use quarter at the southern gateway into Hayes Town Centre; focused on and around Hayes & Harlington Station (and the new Crossrail Station).

Collectively these new developments will transform the appearance of Hayes, draw in new people, simulate investment and improve the vitality and viability of Hayes Town Centre.
