Chicheley Hall

Working with architects Burrell Foley Fischer, we secured planning permission and listed building consent, on behalf of The Royal Society, for the use of Chicheley Hall as the Kavli Royal Society International Centre for the Advancement of Science. The centre has been constructed and is in operation.

Chicheley Hall is a Grade 1 listed building with Grade II/II* ancillary accommodation and The Royal Society proposed the sensitive conversion of Chicheley Hall and ancillary accommodation for the use as the Kavli Royal Society International Centre. The Royal Society has established Chicheley Hall as an international venue to supplement its London Headquarters. The Society also markets the hall to the non-scientific community, local businesses and the local community as a venue for their events.

The Royal Society conducts its activities at Chicheley Hall to environmental standards consistent with its principles
