The Cuba Street scheme will deliver 421 new homes within a 52 storey building alongside a new public park within the Isle of Dogs, LB Tower Hamlets. The scheme, designed by Morris+Company on behalf of Ballymore Properties, promotes high quality living internally and externally, with a prominent crown providing a positive contribution to the Canary Wharf skyline.
At the base of the building, a small commercial unit is proposed opening onto the new public park which provides 1,630sqm of new public open space for residents of the development and the surrounding community. The scheme has been designed to respond carefully to the adjacent 30 Marsh Wall scheme which Rolfe Judd Planning also secured planning permission for.

The application currently has a resolution to grant planning permission from LB Tower Hamlets, with an anticipated start on site of 2023. Rolfe Judd Planning is also working alongside Ballymore to secure the successful delivery of the scheme.
