Daisy Business Park will be a mixed use development in 19-33 Sylvan Grove, in the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area.
The scheme will deliver 688 student beds, along with 23 social rented family homes and almost 2,000 replacement employment space within a 34 and 7 storey building. A community space for local residents will be delivered at ground floor, as well as a new public square which will connect into a network of green spaces being delivered across the Old Kent Road.

Sustainability was at the heart of the project, with the building adopting PassivHaus principles, securing BREEAM Excellent and maximising on site greening.
This scheme follows on from an existing consent on the site for residential development (also secured by Rolfe Judd Planning) which is no longer deliverable due to changes in regulations and recent build cost inflation. Project architects TP Bennett worked hard to ensure the revised design was still of exemplary quality, despite the change in use.
