We secured planning permission for the redevelopment of 8-13 Lime Street to provide a high quality office scheme of 7,300sq.m.
The development team worked closely with the City of London throughout the planning process. The 10 storey building is within a sensitive conservation area location and is adjacent to a number of listed buildings, including the iconic Lloyds Building.
The development has retail/ restaurant floor space at lower levels with offices above.
