Proposals for the scheme comprised the demolition of the buildings and replacement with retail and office floor space on the ground, first and second floors, and nine residential units on the third and fourth floors.
We met regularly with the Council to ensure that the building’s design would respond positively to the local context and the Conservation Area. The design of the replacement building respects the historic street pattern and acts as an anchor building on the corner plot.
The scheme is due for completion early 2017
