Oval Village comprises two separate planning consents being implemented simultaneously by Berkeley Homes.
The development comprises 8 blocks delivering over 1300 homes, a replacement Tesco supermarket, 14,600sqm of business space, community spaces and waste management facility, substantial landscaping and the restoration of the Grade II listed Gasholder No. 1. Build heights range from 4-19 storeys.
Rolfe Judd was appointed for the delivery of the project, in which time we have also undertaken alterations to every block within the development to optimise its value and contribution to this award winning scheme.
