The development comprises 8 blocks delivering over 1300 homes, a replacement Tesco supermarket, 14,600sqm of business space, community spaces and waste management facility, substantial landscaping and the restoration of the Grade II listed Gasholder No. 1. Build heights range from 4-19 storeys.
