The scheme involved the demolition of the buildings on Queens Wharf and the iconic Riverside Studios to provide a new development comprising new, high quality residential units, and a replacement Riverside Studios theatre, cinema and recording studios, thus securing the future of this important arts facility.
The replacement building will be eight storeys in height, and provides improvements to public realm in the form of a new riverside walkway that links in to Hammersmith Bridge.
Rolfe Judd Planning worked closely with the local community to obtain feedback on key areas of concern and then worked with the design team to ensure that the needs of all stakeholders were met.
The development is scheduled for completion in 2017.
