A significant regeneration project by the Ballymore Group and Oxley Wharf Limited, involving the redevelopment of 15 hectares of former industrial land at Minoco Wharf, Crescent Wharf and Venesta Wharf, part of the Royal Docks in Newham.
Rolfe Judd Planning is leading the planning and delivery of the project. Once complete the scheme will deliver 3,385 residential units, alongside new shops and restaurants (c 3,250 sqm), new business floor space (c.15,000 sqm), a new school, community and leisure facilities. The proposals will also create a new riverside park and walkway and will support a new Thames Clipper pier.
The scheme is seen as the catalyst for leading the regeneration of the Royal Docks, and will provide a significant amount of much needed housing in the area. We have worked in partnership with the London Borough of Newham throughout the planning phase of the project.
