BMO Real Estate Partners manage the significant number of properties which make up St Christopher’s Place. The site is a unique oasis located to the north of Oxford Street. We provide planning consultancy advice for the portfolio which comprises continual monitoring throughout the estate, land use swaps, change of use, advertisements, listed building consents, public realm and public art enhancement.
Alongside the day to day planning advice, we have secured planning permission for two significant redevelopment schemes within the estate; 71-77 Wigmore Street and 1-2 Barrett Street which both comprise the demolition and redevelopment to create high quality, mixed-use commercial and residential schemes which will enhance the appearance of the conservation area.
