Frank is an Associate with over 24 years of experience leading the design and delivery of large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across the UK and Europe. His expertise spans all RIBA stages, from feasibility and concept design through to completion, and is underpinned by extensive on-site construction knowledge.
Frank is known for translating ambitious design visions into buildable, cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or creativity. Throughout his career, he has led multi-disciplinary teams on complex, high-profile developments, including Southbury Leisure Park, a 1000+ units residential scheme in London.
Frank is recognised for balancing design excellence with technical rigour and commercial awareness, ensuring that projects meet both creative aspirations and financial targets. His collaborative approach has helped foster long-standing relationships with clients, investors, planning authorities, and design review panels.
At Rolfe Judd, Frank contributes to both project delivery and practice leadership. In addition to directing teams and overseeing key projects, he is an member of the firm’s Sustainability Workgroup and the Social Activities Group, which organises architecture-focused events to enhance collaboration and workplace culture. With a career shaped by award-winning design and effective leadership, Frank continues to deliver projects that generate lasting value for clients, communities, and the built environment.
Frank studied architecture at the KU Leuven Faculty of Arts in Ghent. He joined Rolfe Judd Architecture as a Senior Architect in 2021 and was promoted to Associate in 2023. Prior to this, he was an Associate at S333 Architecture + Urbanism in London.
