Frank Provoost

Over the past years, Frank has designed and delivered several inspiring and award-winning projects in the UK and abroad. His passion for contemporary design, combined with his holistic, intuitive, and hands-on approach, allows him to resolve complex design issues in demanding circumstances. His goal is creating solutions which excel the expectations of the client, the occupier, and the community.

His experience covers a broad range of sectors, types, and scales, from residential, mixed-use to commercial schemes for complex sites. Having managed projects from design to completion, he masters all fields of the profession which is demonstrated in his design skills, strong technical knowledge, project management and client engagement.

Frank’s broad residential experience includes a regeneration scheme for Dockley Road Industrial Estate in Bermondsey. The project comprises 111 residential units with ground level retail and workspaces set within a new public realm extending the exisiting Low Line along the railway. Other recent projects are a highly sensitive high-end scheme in St George’s Gardens in Bloomsbury, a large scale social housing project and an office project in Maidenhead.

Frank joined Rolfe Judd Architecture in 2021 as a senior architect and was promoted to associate in 2023.
