Simon has a wide range of extensive project experience from the refurbishment of existing and listed buildings as well as new build schemes on city centre sites. He is adept at delivering complex projects efficiently and keeps in close contact with all members of the project team. He combines attention to detail with an ability to solve challenging architectural problems, skills which are invaluable from concept design to delivery and construction on site.

Refurbishment project experience includes the Grade I Listed former Dickens and Jones store in Regent Street and the office development, 5 Cheapside which is adjacent to St Paul’s Cathedral. Simon’s new build experience includes the sensitively designed new buildings in Carnaby Street, Kingly Street and Fouberts Place, Soho.

After studying at the Victoria University School Of Architecture and Design in Wellington, New Zealand in 2001, where he graduated with honours, Simon completed his professional studies at the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL in 2010. He joined Rolfe Judd as architectural assistant in 2005, became associate in 2013 and associate director in 2017.
