We’re looking for a motivated Town Planner to join our team in London. You’ll support a wide range of planning projects—residential, commercial, mixed‑use, and regeneration—while developing your skillset and progressing toward RTPI membership.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This full-time role is based in the London area, United Kingdom. As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for assisting with planning applications, appeals and policy research, conducting site appraisals and preparing planning statements, collaborating with clients, consultants and local authorities and supporting senior team members across a varied project portfolio.

– Around 12 months’ planning experience (public or private sector)
– Strong communication and report‑writing skills
– Passion for planning and high‑quality development
– Understanding of UK planning policy (London knowledge a bonus)
– RTPI‑accredited qualification
