Jess Parulian

Jess is an Associate at Rolfe Judd Planning with experience within both the UK and New Zealand, having worked on a range of medium and large scale development schemes for private clients.

Jess graduated with a Bachelor of Planning (Honours) from the University of Auckland (New Zealand) in 2014. She joined Rolfe Judd Planning as Senior Planner when she moved to London in 2022 and became Associate in 2024.

During her nine years working in the private sector in New Zealand, Jess has been involved in a number of medium to large scale residential, commercial, industrial, civic and institutional projects. Her key experience includes preparation of planning appraisals and development feasibilities, planning risk analysis, policy reviews and client representations, and preparation, submission and management of planning applications. She also has experience in local government in New Zealand working as a case officer for a number of years.
