John Osborn

John is an Associate Director at Rolfe Judd Planning and has 19 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors, including several years of working within Westminster City Council.

His expertise primarily lies in mixed-use redevelopment schemes comprising residential and commercial elements. However his experience also means that he regularly advises clients with confidence on listed building issues, planning enforcement matters and planning law.

He has an innate understanding of the internal machinations of local planning authorities and the role of local politics coupled with an up-to-date understanding of key planning issues, particularly within London, which enables him to provide clear planning advice to clients on high profile development projects.

John has worked on numerous projects whilst at Rolfe Judd including the Rainbow Business Park, Merton for Workspace, The Hyde, Hendon Barnet for Neat Developments and Royal London, and the QEII Centre, Westminster.

Following his completion of his Masters in Town Planning at Westminster University, John left Westminster Council and joined Rolfe Judd in 2014 becoming an Associate in 2016 and Associate Director in 2021. John is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

John became a director in 2023.
