The proposal involves the demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of a new part four-storey, part six-storey modular development providing high-quality light industrial and flexible workspace. The increased floorspace is expected to support approximately 160 jobs, reinforcing the site’s strategic employment role.
The scheme includes a dedicated servicing and delivery bay to support the flexible/light industrial commercial uses and new secure cycle storage to promote sustainable travel.
