Graffit, a high-class office building meets the highest standards of sustainable construction confirmed by the BREEAM Interim certificate at the EXCELLENT level. Graffit was also shortlisted for Prime Property Prize in category Green Building.
AA-class office building, located in Warsaw, in the heart of the Mokotów business district, offering tenants 18,500 m2 of office and commercial space on seven floors as well as a three-level underground car park containing a modern zone dedicated to cyclists.
Graffit fits perfectly into the development trends of modern business areas. The surroundings of the building are characterized by a balance of office, commercial and residential uses.
The use of ecological materials, the implementation of optimal solutions in the field of reducing energy and water consumption and waste management, as well as facility management, are the strengths of the project.
The unique character of the building is emphasized by contemporary street-art style murals. Located in the main reception lobby and both loft lobbies murals are the result of cooperation between recognized contemporary Polish artists: Daniel “Chazme” Kalinowski and Robert Proch.
An important role is played by the central reception, which creates the first impression on guests, attracting attention and inviting them inside. In the design process, we took care of the high quality of public space, landscape, street furniture and unique artistic arrangement of the interior.
