Chris joined Rolfe Judd Planning as Town Planner in June 2015.
Prior to joining Rolfe Judd he was employed at Bromley Borough Council as an Assistant Planning Policy Officer, after graduating with a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Hull and an MSc in Planning from the University of Manchester. He has been is a fully accredited member of the RTPI since 2016.
Chris has worked on a wide range of development projects, frequently as part of multi-disciplinary project teams predominantly within Central London and the South East including residential, office, retail and mixed-use schemes. He also has a depth of experience in advising clients on the potential of individual properties and wider estate portfolios. Chris’ involvement in the delivery of a multitude of schemes has made him acutely aware of the pressures facing developers and the potential implications of local planning policy and stakeholder groups.
