Nia Jardine

Nia is a Senior Planner at Rolfe Judd Planning with experience working in the private sector across England and Wales.

Nia joined in May 2022, following a move from Cardiff to London where she previously worked in a national private planning consultancy following the completion of her Master’s Degree at Cardiff University. Prior to this, Nia completed a degree in Geography at the University of Bristol.

Nia, a fluent Welsh speaker, is currently working on a range of medium and large scale redevelopment schemes across London and is used to dealing with both residential and commercial proposals. Her experience at Rolfe Judd to date has led to a comprehensive understanding of planning policy, the planning process and experience of working with a wide range of stakeholder groups.

She is a key member of the planning team, undertaking detailed background research on potential development sites, preparing planning statements and assisting with the preparation of planning applications and appeals, including liaising with consultants and Councils.
