Oliver Coleman

Oliver is a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) and an Associate Director at Rolfe Judd Planning.

Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and History from the University of Leicester in 2013 and graduated with a Master of Science in Spatial Planning from University College London in 2014.

Oliver joined Rolfe Judd in 2014 as a Planner, became a Senior Planner in 2017, Associate in 2021 and Associate Director in 2024, being a Chartered Member of the RTPI since 2016.

Oliver has a diverse range of planning experience formed from complex small, medium and large scale developments through multiple disciplines such as policy representation, pre-application engagement, planning application, post approval delivery and planning appeal.

Oliver’s recent projects have included the delivery of Oval Village and Woodberry Down for Berkeley Homes, supporting the All England Lawn Tennis Club’s proposals for the former golf course at Wimbledon Park as well as enhancements to the main ground, securing consent and delivering the Wimbledon College of Art campus proposals for UAL, sensitive heritage interventions for the Channing School in Highgate, estate portfolio work in east London for Max Barney, and the delivery of prime office accommodation at Berners and Wells Street for the Berners Estate.
