The Oval is one of the world’s most famous and highly cherished sporting venue, and is one of London’s highly-prized assets. We have been advising Surrey County Cricket Club over many years on the continued enhancement of the stadium facilities at the The Kia Oval cricket ground.
The development ‘One Oval Square’, comprises a new three tier stand providing a total of 7500 seats and a new four storey hospitality and conferencing building. The stand increases the capacity of the stadium to 27,400 seats and provides a new café, club shop, a ticket office at ground floor for spectators. The conferencing and hospitality spaces include event spaces, new catering and bar facilities, and outdoor and rooftop terraces to significantly enhance the visitor experience and provide an all-year-round events and conferencing facility for the area.

The expansion of the Oval Cricket Ground offer Lambeth a unique regeneration opportunity due to the facilities it’s offering and its well-connected location.
