We are very excited to share that Richmond Square have been awarded as the Best Residential Development, London category for sites with 20 homes or more by The International Property Awards (UK section).
The International Property Awards are open to residential and commercial property professionals from around the globe. They celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.

Richmond Square will provide 55 beautifully designed apartments and one magnificent town house combining traditional and heritage values. The site is located conveniently for Central London commuting and a short walk to the artisan shops, boutique restaurants, River Thames and cultural facilities for which Richmond is well known.
Formally a Georgian house built in 1750 with Victorian, Edwardian and 20th Century additional wings, the site incorporates listed buildings and facades of local merit. The Grade II listed building at the centre was remodelled from the simple cottage of the poet James Thomson who lived there from 1739-1748.

RER London has renovated this scheme to convert it into a mixed-use site, restoring and converting the existing buildings formerly known as Richmond Royal Hospital. The former, exquisite country house has been restored providing individual apartments of supreme quality. The proportions and merits of each room have dictated the design treatment so that no two properties are alike. Natural materials, heritage colours and classic styling create a timeless, calming backstop.
The landscape design for Richmond Square takes inspiration from the contemporary landscape context of Richmond whilst respecting the unique heritage and architecture of its origins. A new building block has been developed on the eastern edge which connects the two wings to form a central communal landscape courtyard available to all residents. It is a contemporary take on a traditional parterre garden, inspired by the form of a rose. Beneath the courtyard there is a discrete underground car park and cycle store.
