Andrew has a proven track record in designing and delivering a wide range of new build and refurbishment schemes. Spanning large scale regeneration to prime residential developments, his experience is multifaceted.
As well as mixed-use, private and affordable residential developments and higher education projects, Andrew has urban design and large scale masterplan expertise. This means that he is able to provide invaluable insight at all stages of the project, whether design, technical or management.
Much of Andrew’s work is complex, whether an industrial site, a combination of retained and new structures or large in scale. For example, Deptford Foundry is the transformation of an industrial site into a new development with homes and artist studios. Artisan is a complex site with part new build, part refurbishment and part reconstruction. Harbour Central provides over 900 new homes across seven mixed-use buildings in multiple tenures, including BTR.
Andrew studied at the Mackintosh School of Architecture, graduating in 1995. He joined Rolfe Judd as a senior architect in 2011, became an associate in 2013, director in 2015 and main board director in 2021.
